Some leverage is technical: code, systems, automation, distribution. Some is personal: taste, reputation, judgment, timing, restraint.
The mistake is treating leverage as force. Often it is clarity. A small number of precise decisions can change the surface area of everything that follows.
I keep coming back to the same question: what can be built once, understood deeply, and used repeatedly without becoming brittle?
